Start with the shop: open the order on your Orders page and use "Contact the shop". The shop owner packed your goods and can answer fastest.

If the shop does not respond within a day, email support@everygrocer.com with the order number.

Open a shop from the "Open a shop" link in the top bar. Questions about onboarding, payouts or fees: support@everygrocer.com.

To see, export or delete the data we hold about you, email privacy@everygrocer.com from the address on your account.
